1. Who is responsible for your data
This website (ceau-sescu-exe.art) is operated by Sescu (online: ceau.sescu.exe), a multi-disciplinary artist based in Romania. For anything about your personal data, contact: ceau.sescu.exe@proton.me.
2. What data I collect, and why
I only collect what you choose to give me through the forms on this site:
- Booking / contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. Used solely to reply to your inquiry and discuss possible work. Legal basis: your consent and the steps taken at your request to enter into a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- Newsletter form: your email address. Used only to occasionally email you about new work, sets and releases. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
I do not collect this data secretly, use tracking/advertising cookies, build profiles on you, or sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.
3. Who processes it (sub-processors)
- Netlify — hosts this website and stores form submissions on my behalf. Your booking/newsletter data is held in Netlify's form dashboard. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
- Proton Mail — I receive and reply to your messages from a Proton (Switzerland) mailbox.
4. Third-party content embedded on the site
Some pages load content from other services. When you view or play these, that service may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy:
- SoundCloud — the music player in "Transmissions".
- Bandcamp — release embeds, when present.
- Google Fonts — the fonts used across the site.
I don't control what these companies do with that data. If you'd rather not share anything with them, you can block third-party content in your browser.
5. Cookies & local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a small amount of your browser's local storage only to remember your language choice (EN/RO) and that you've seen the notice below — this is strictly functional and stays on your device. The third-party embeds in section 4 may set their own cookies if you interact with them.
6. How long I keep it
Booking messages: kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Newsletter emails: kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. You can ask me to delete your data at any time and I'll do it promptly.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to its use, receive a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, just email ceau.sescu.exe@proton.me. You also have the right to complain to Romania's data-protection authority, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too.
Politica de confidențialitate
1. Cine răspunde de datele tale
Acest site (ceau-sescu-exe.art) este administrat de Sescu (online: ceau.sescu.exe), artist multi-disciplinar din România. Pentru orice legat de datele tale personale, scrie la: ceau.sescu.exe@proton.me.
2. Ce date colectez și de ce
Colectez doar ce alegi tu să îmi trimiți prin formularele de pe site:
- Formular de booking / contact: numele, adresa de email și mesajul tău. Folosite exclusiv ca să îți răspund și să discutăm o posibilă colaborare. Temei legal: consimțământul tău și demersurile la cererea ta pentru un posibil contract (art. 6(1)(a) și (b) GDPR).
- Formular de newsletter: adresa ta de email. Folosită doar ca să îți scriu ocazional despre lucrări noi, seturi și lansări. Temei legal: consimțământul tău (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), pe care îl poți retrage oricând.
Nu colectez date pe ascuns, nu folosesc cookie-uri de publicitate/urmărire, nu fac profiluri și nu vând sau închiriez datele tale nimănui. Niciodată.
3. Cine le procesează
- Netlify — găzduiește site-ul și stochează mesajele din formulare în numele meu (netlify.com/privacy).
- Proton Mail — primesc și îți răspund la mesaje dintr-o căsuță Proton (Elveția).
4. Conținut de la terți inclus pe site
Unele secțiuni încarcă conținut de la alte servicii (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Google Fonts). Când le vezi sau le pornești, acel serviciu poate primi adresa ta IP și poate seta propriile cookie-uri, conform politicii lui. Nu controlez ce fac aceste companii cu datele respective; poți bloca conținutul terț din browser.
5. Cookie-uri & stocare locală
Site-ul nu setează cookie-uri de publicitate sau analytics. Folosește puțină stocare locală doar ca să rețină limba aleasă (EN/RO) și că ai văzut notificarea de mai jos — strict funcțional, rămâne pe dispozitivul tău.
6. Cât timp le păstrez
Mesajele de booking: cât suntem în contact și o perioadă rezonabilă după, apoi șterse. Emailurile de newsletter: până te dezabonezi sau ceri ștergerea. Poți cere oricând ștergerea datelor și o fac prompt.
7. Drepturile tale (GDPR)
Ai dreptul: de acces, rectificare, ștergere ("dreptul de a fi uitat"), restricționare, opoziție, portabilitatea datelor și retragerea consimțământului oricând. Scrie la ceau.sescu.exe@proton.me. Ai și dreptul de a depune plângere la ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
